In order to do a Bhop, you need firstly to bind in your gaming console your scroll:
bind MWHEELUP +jump
After this bind, in order to jump you will need to scroll forward the scroll of your mouse.
In order to do a Bhop, you need to start with W or, D, or A, or S.
The most common and useful start is with W, when you press W, and you jump with the scroll at least once, you need to LET go the W, and start using A and D, which will help you to gain speed, when you press A you need to move smoothly and a lil bit your mouse to the left, when pressing D - to the right.
And you should press overall these buttons in order to gain speed, when you feel that you are losing speed, you need to add ctrl almost before landing the bhop block, so you can jump off and gain boost.
